Therapy Medical Physicist

Ohio Medical Physics Consulting (OMPC) is seeking a full time Therapy Medical Physicist based in Columbus, OH to join our growing team in Ohio. A successful candidate will be an integral member of the OMPC team but be able to work independently at client sites providing the highest level of clinical service. Primary Responsibilities:  

• This position is for onsite coverage of 2 clinics in the Columbus, OH area.
• Each facility is equipped with one Varian Linear Accelerator
• Treatment planning systems include Eclipse, Aria, MIM and Mosaiq 
• Special Procedures include SBRT
• Both clinics have incredibly welcoming teams and excellent physicians!
• This role will be fully supported by the OMPC team in Ohio for PTO coverage and cross training.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• ABR Certified Medical Physicist or Board Eligible
• MS or PhD in Medical Physics
• 4+ years clinical therapy physics experience
• Valid State Registration/Approval (Ohio)
• Valid Driver’s License
